Shipping policy
All items are ready to ship & ship from Houston, TX within 1 business day after payment is received. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order is prepared for shipment.
All orders over $99 ship via USPS Priority Mail for free! If your order is less than $99, there is a $4.99 flat rate shipping fee. Depending on where you're located in the United States, items should arrive within 2 to 5 business days of shipment. We also offer a flat rate Priority Mail rate of $9.99 for any orders under $99.
Please keep in mind if the postal service is closed due to a holiday, we will not be able to ship until the following day.
Lost or Stolen Items
Brylin Marie is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package is presumed to be lost, contact your local post office as soon as your package has been marked as delivered by them. If your package was stolen, please reach out to local law enforcement.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs.
Return shipping costs will vary by shipping method used in the original order.
Store credit will be issued for refused/undeliverable items LESS original shipping cost, any courier charges for undeliverable items, and a 20% restocking fee.
