These icing ruffle pants are definitely a favorite in my household! I bought a 3-4T for my 32 lb, 31 inch 2 year old and they fit her now with plenty of room to grow, and they look so perfect on her!! Will definitely order again and recommend to family and friends for their kiddos!!
